Section 4: Superintendence and Control of Fire Force

The Goa, Daman and Diu Fire Force Act, 1986State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 1986

(1) Superintendence and Control of the Fire Force shall vest in the Director/Chief Fire Officer and shall be carried on by him in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of any rules made thereunder.

(2) Government may appoint such officer as it may deem fit to assist the Director/Chief Fire Officer in the discharge of duties.
