The Goa, Daman And Diu (Judicial Commissioner’s Court) Regulation, 1963.Regulations · 1963

(1) The Judicial Commissioner shall have rank and precedence before any Additional Judicial Commissioner and shall be responsible for the administration of, and generally for the distribution of business of, the Court of the Judicial Commissioner.

(2) The rank and precedence of the Additional Judicial Commissioners shall be according to their date of appointment.
