Section 36: Power to make rules

The Goa, Daman and Diu Preservation of Trees Act, 1984State Act of Goa · Act 6 of 1984

The Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act.

37.Provision of this Act to be in addition to any other law for the time being in force.

— Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect the operation of any other law and the rules made thereunder and the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of the said Act and rules made thereunder.
