The prescribed authority shall, having due regard to the location, standard, structure, quality of food, accommodation facilities, service amenities and general conditions, etc. and after holding an inspection of the hotel in the presence of the hotel-keeper, and holding such inquiry as deemed fit and after hearing the hotel-keeper, classify the hotels in different categories.
