Section 15: Power to prescribe minimum qualifications for recruitment

The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Act, 1984State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 1985

The Government may make rules regulating the minimum qualifications for, and method of recruitment of employees of unaided minority schools:

Provided that no qualification shall be varied to the disadvantage of an existing employee of an unaided minority school.
