Section 6: Scheme of Management

The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Act, 1984State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 1985

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any such law, the managing committee of every recognized school shall make, in accordance with the rules made under this Act a scheme of management for such school:

Provided that in the case of a recognised school which does not receive any aid, the scheme of management shall apply with such variations and modifications as may be prescribed.
