Section 6: Power to make Rules

The Goa Electronic Delivery of Notices Act, 2022State Act of Goa · Act 16 of 2022

The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
