Section 10: Rate of interest

The Goa Employment (Conditions of Service) and Retirement Benefit Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 35 of 2001

The amount deposited by the employer in the Government’s treasury in favour of the workman who has been issued identity card shall bear interest at the rate of 6% or at such increased or decreased rates as may be notified by the Government from time to time.
