Section 7: Register of workers

The Goa Employment (Conditions of Service) and Retirement Benefit Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 35 of 2001

Every employer shall maintain a register of workman employed giving the details of his name and code number of his identity card showing the details of employer’s contribution, wage period-wise and this register shall be produced on demand by an inspector.
