Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa Habitual Offenders Act, 1976State Act of Goa · Act 16 of 1976

(1) This Act may be called the Goa 1[Omitted] Habitual Offenders Act, 1976.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
