Section 20: Validity of proceedings

The Goa Homeopathy Council Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 63 of 2001

(1) Vacancy in the Board38[Council] shall not vitiate any act or proceedings of the Board.

(2) Disqualification of member or defect in the election or nomination of member of the Board39[Council] and/or of the Chairman or Vice-Chairman shall vitiate any act or proceeding of the Board40[Council]in which such person has taken part.
