Section 30: Appointment of Inspector

The Goa Homeopathy Council Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 63 of 2001

(1) The Board71[Council] may appoint such number of inspectors as it may deem fit on such salary as the Board72[Council] may, with the previous sanction of the Government, determine.

(2) Such Inspector shall in accordance with any general or special directions of the Board, given from time to time, inspect homoeopathic dispensaries, hospitals and the institutions affiliated to Board73[Council]and shall report to the Board74[Council] in regard to the course of study pursued and training imparted at every such institutions and on any other matter with regard to which the Board75[Council]may require him to report.
