Section 35: 90 homoeopathy Fund

The Goa Homeopathy Council Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 63 of 2001

There shall be established Indian system of medicines and homoeopathy fund and there shall be placed to the credit thereof,—

(a) grants and loans received from the Government;

(b) all fees received by the Board;

(c) contributions received from any local authority or any Indian system of medicines and homoeopathy medical association; and

(d) all sums received by or on behalf of the Board91[Council] from sources other than those mentioned in the foregoing clauses.
