Section 38: Exemption from serving on inquests

The Goa Homeopathy Council Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 63 of 2001

Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, every registered practitioner shall be exempt, if he so desires, from serving on any inquest or as a juror or assessor under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1972 (Central Act 2 of 1974).
