Section 42: Appeals to Government from decision of the Board

The Goa Homeopathy Council Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 63 of 2001

(1) An appeal shall lie to the Government from every decision of the Board108[Council] under this Act, except a decision made by the Board109[Council] as an appellate authority.

(2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of such order.
