Section 99: Penalty for failure to comply with requisition made by auditor

The Goa Housing Board Act, 1968State Act of Goa · Act 12 of 1968

If any person fails to comply with any requisition made by the auditor under section 90, he shall be punishable—

(a) with fine which may extend to 35 [ten thousand] rupees;

(b) in case of a continuing failure, with further fine which may extend to 36 [five thousand] rupees for each day after the first during which the failure continues.
