Section 35: Power to remove doubts and difficulties

The Goa Human Resource Development Act, 2012.State Act of Goa · Act 12 of 2012

(1) If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make provisions or give such direction not inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the doubt or difficulty:

Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
