Every bond, obligation, debenture of other securities issued by the Corporation for raising money or for securing money borrowed by or due from the Corporation shall be by a deed under the common sea of the Corporation and signed autographically by the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer authorised by the Corporation in that behalf.
