Section 21: Debentures ordinarily payable to bearer

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b),(c),(d),(e),(f),(g), (h) and (i) of sub-section (2), of section 50 of the Goa, Dama…State Rules of Goa · 1965

Unless otherwise resolved by the Corporation in a general meeting any be so framed that the principal money and interest thereby secured shall be payable to the bearer and free from any equities between the Corporation and the persons to whom the same may be issued.
