Section 25: Maintaining of accounts

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b),(c),(d),(e),(f),(g), (h) and (i) of sub-section (2), of section 50 of the Goa, Dama…State Rules of Goa · 1965

(1) The accounts of the Corporation shall be prepared and maintained in accordance with the Public Works Account Code.

(2) The annual Statement of accounts to be submitted to the State Government under subsection (3) of section 25 shall be in 5[Form C].
