The Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Accounts Officer whoa) is a Government servant deputed in foreign service conditions to the Corporation shall, so long as he remains in Government service, be entitled to leave and leave salary under the rules applicable to him as such Government servant, and b) is not a Government servant, or being in Government service has subsequently ceased to be in such service shall be entitled to leave and leave salary which may be admissible to other officers of the corporation under the regulations.
