Except as otherwise expressly provided in the terms of the contract, in any individual case, the Government may terminate the services of the Chief Executive Officer, or the Chief Accounts Officer, who is not a Government servant deputed on foreign service conditions to the Corporation or being a Government servant has ceased to be in Government service by giving him three months notice or in view of such notice an amount equal to three months pay.
