Section 19: Preparation and submission of programmes

The Goa Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 1965

(1) In each year, on such date as may be fixed by Government, the Board shall prepare and forward to Government a programme of work.

(2) The programme shall contain:—

(a) particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year;

(b) particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; and
