Section 5: Financial Adviser of the Board

The Goa Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 1965

(1) Government shall appoint 1[“in consultationwith the Khadi and Village Industries Commission”] a person not being a member to be the Financial Adviser to the Board.

(2) The term of office, the conditions of service and the functions of the Financial Adviser shall be such as may be prescribed in consultation with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission.
