Section 63: Continuance of survey operations at commencement of Code

The Goa Land Revenue Code, 1968State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 1969

All survey operations commenced under any law for the time being in force, or any rule, order or direction of the Government, and either completed or continuing at the commencement of this Code, shall be deemed to have been commenced and completed or, as the case may be, to be continuing under the provisions of this Chapter.
