After section 201 of the said Code, the following shall be inserted, namely:— “202. Protection of action taken in good faith.— No suit, prosecution or any other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or employee of the Government or any person authorized by the Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.” Secretariat, ANUJA PRABHU DESSAI, Porvorim-Goa.
