Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa Mamlatdars Court Act,1966.State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 1966

(1) This Act may be called the Goa Mamlatdar‟s Court Act, 1966.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be fixed for different areas.
