Section 29: Power to remove difficulties

The Goa Mamlatdars Court Act,1966.State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 1966

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, Government may, by order as occasion requires, do anything (not inconsistent with this Act) which appears to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
