Section 12: Fees and allowances to members of Council and Executive Committee

The Goa Medical Council Act, 1991State Act of Goa · Act 6 of 1991

There shall be paid to the President, Vice-President and other members of the Council, and to the members of its Executive Committee, such fees and allowances for attendance at meetings, and such reasonable travelling allowance, as shall from time to time be prescribed.

8[12A. Honorarium /Remuneration to the President and office bearers.---- The Council may prescribe suitable honorarium/remuneration to the President and to such office bearers as it may deem necessary.]
