Section 27: Calling of meetings

The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995State Rules of Goa · 1991

(1) The Council shall ordinarily meet for the transaction of business in the months of January, May and November in each year, but the President may, whenever he thinks fit and shall upon a written requisition of not less than 1/3 rd members and on a date not later than 15 days after the receipt of such requisition, call an extraordinary meeting.

(2) The exact date, hour and place of such meetings shall be decided by the President.
