Section 93: Scrutiny of claims

The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995State Rules of Goa · 1991

A bill or other voucher presented as a claim for money shall be received and examined by the Registrar. If the claim is for a sum not exceeding Rs.

50/- and the bill is in order, he shall pay it. If the claim is for a sum exceeding Rs. 50/- but not exceeding Rs. 750/- the payment shall be made after the claim is sanctioned by the President. If the claim is for a sum exceeding Rs. 750/-, the payment shall not be made until it has been examined and passed by the Executive Committee.
