Section 29: Power to make regulations

The Goa Mineral Development Corporation Act, 2021State Act of Goa · Act 26 of 2021

The Corporation may, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to carry out, the purposes of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of - 9 - this power, such regulations may provide for:—

(a) under section 18(3), the Officer of the Corporation who may operate its accounts:

(b) under section 28, the manner in which Government lands shall be dealt with by the Corporation after development.
