Section 34: Power to remove doubts and difficulties

The Goa Mineral Development Corporation Act, 2021State Act of Goa · Act 26 of 2021

If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, make provision or give such direction not inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of doubt or difficulty:

Provided that, no such order shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
