| Long title | To amend and consolidate the law relating to money lending in the State of Goa and or matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to make provisions for protecting the interests of borrowers, for regulating the transactions of money lending and for securing more transparency in such transactions in the State of Goa. |
