The President, the Vice-President and other members of the Council and members of the Executive Committee and other Committees, if any, appointed by the Council, and the Chairman and members of the Examination Board shall be paid, such fees and allowances for attendance at meetings, and such travelling allowance, as shall, from time to time, be prescribed.
