Section 20: Delegation of powers

The Goa Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1998State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 1998

The Government may, by notification, delegate all or any of its powers under this Act, except the power to make rules under section 21, to any person or authority subordinate to it, subject to such conditions and to such control and revision as may be specified in the notification, and it may, in the like manner, withdraw any powers so delegated.
