Section 28: Finance Committee

The Goa Private Universities Act, 2020State Act of Goa · Act 4 of 2020

(1) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of the financial matters.

(2) The constitution, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such, as may be specified by the Statutes.
