The Government may, if satisfied, after considering the compliance report submitted under sub-section (2) of section 6 that the sponsoring body has complied with the provisions of section 3 by a notification published in the Official Gazette, permit the sponsoring body to operate the University with such name and at such location as it may deem fit.
