Section 95: Powers to impose conditions in respect of certain services

The Goa Public Health Act, 1985State Act of Goa · Act 25 of 1985

The Government, with a view to prevent spread of diseases, may, in respect of persons engaged in or serving in establishments like hair cutting, saloons, laundry, hotels including restaurants and bars, and, such other services which may be notified from time to time, prescribe the conditions to be observed by such persons.
