Section 17: Library Fund

The Goa Public Libraries Act, 1993State Act of Goa · Act 14 of 1995

(1) The Government shall constitute a fund called Library Fund.

(2) The Library Fund shall consist of:-

(a) Contribution made by the Government;

(b) Any grants given by the Government of India to the State Government for Development of Public Library;

(c) Any special grants given by the Government;

(d) Any contribution of gifts made by the public for the development of Public Libraries.
