Section 65: Supplementary estimate

The Goa Rehabilitation Board Act, 2006State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 2006

(1) The Board may, at any time, during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before it at a special meeting.

(2) The provisions of sub-sections (3) and (4) of sections 62 and of sections 63 and 64 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
