Section 10: Protection of action taken under this Act

The Goa Restrictions on Transfer of Agricultural Land Act, 2023State Act of Goa · Act 18 of 2023

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rules made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provision contained in this Act or any rules made thereunder or by anything in good faith -4- done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
