Section 9: Monitoring the status of the application

The Goa (Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Public Services) Act, 2013State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 2013

(1) Every eligible person who has applied for any public service shall be entitled to obtain and monitor the status of his application online on the basis of the acknowledgement given to him under sub-section (3) of the section 5 in accordance with such procedure as may be prescribed.

(2) Every Authority which is required, under this Act to provide the public services, shall maintain the status of all the applications received by its designated officer/s and it shall be also duty bound to update the status of the same as per the prescribed procedure.
