Section 7: Conduct of business by the Advisory Committee

(1) The Member Secretary of the Advisory Committee shall convene the meeting in consultation with the Chairman of the Advisory Committee.

(2) The agenda points of the meeting of the Advisory Committee shall be those as received from the members and from the Government, if any.

(3) Every resolution of the meeting of the Advisory Committee shall be considered as passed only when the majority of members, present therein vote in its favour . (4) The Advisory Committee shall meet at least once in every six months, at such place as may be decided by its Chairman.

(5) One third of the nine members of the Advisory Committee besides the Chairman and the Member Secretary, shall form the quorum for the meeting of the Advisory Committee.
