Section 10: Other Officers and servants of Board

The Goa Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 1975

(1) The Board may appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act;

(2) The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and other servants appointed by the Board under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by it by regulations made under this Act.
