Section 52: Government’s interpretation to be final

The Goa Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 1975

If any question arises regarding the interpretation of any provision of any regulation made under sections 47 or 48 the matter may be referred by the Board to the Government for decision and in such circumstances the decision of the Government shall be final.
