Section 62: Appointment of an authority to decide certain questions

The Goa Shops and Establishments Act, 1973State Act of Goa · Act 13 of 1974

(1) If any question arises whether all or any of the provisions of this Act apply to an establishment or to an employee therein or whether section 61 applies to any case or not, it shall be decided by such authority as may be prescribed by the rules made under this Act.

(2) The decision of such authority shall be final and shall not be liable to be questioned in any Court of law.
