Section 19: Daily and weekly hours of work for young persons

The Goa Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2025

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, no young person shall be required or allowed to work in any establishment for more than 7 hours in any day and forty-two hours in any week nor shall such person be allowed to work overtime.
