The Commission shall, for the purpose of discharging it’s functions of conducting examinations and selecting candidates for appointments to the subordinate services/posts, levy such fees as may be prescribed: Provided that the candidates belonging to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes shall be levied 25% of such fees and the candidate belonging to other backward class shall be levied 50% of such fees.
