Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa State-Aid to Industries Act, 1965State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 1965

(1) This Act may be called the Goa State-Aid to Industries Act, 1965.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
